GXO Logistics in Stafford is seeking a Stock & Systems Administrator to join our Stock & Systems team. You will monitor stock levels, investigate discrepancies between physical and system stock, and coordinate inter-site transfers across DC3 and other sites.
The role requires accuracy, strong communication, and familiarity with Microsoft Office. You will update systems with data from stock checks and ensure compliance with quality and safety procedures in a busy warehouse.

We have an excellent opportunity for a Stock & Systems Administrator at our warehouse in Stafford.
Working within our Stock & Systems team and reporting to the Stock & Systems Team Manager, you will be involved with stock control and daily stock checks ensuring that all stock movements - into and out of the depot, are administered and controlled in line with agreed procedures. Some manual work within the warehouse will be required whilst undertaking this task.
Pay, benefits and more:You will be working on a rotating shift pattern of 06:00-14:00 & 14:00-22:00.
