Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc in Northampton is seeking a Stock and Systems Administrator for a night shift to support warehousing operations around the clock.

You will maintain stock records in the Warehouse Management System (WMS), resolve discrepancies, and assist with inbound deliveries and picking activities. A strong eye for detail and good Excel skills are required, with knowledge of WMS being advantageous.

Qualifications

• Experience in stock control or warehouse administration is required.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient IT skills with Excel and large data handling.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate stock records and ensure data integrity in the WMS.
• Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies to keep stock vs system aligned.
• Schedule inbound deliveries and support Goods-In and Picking activities.
• Produce regular reports and analyse warehouse data to identify trends.
