Job summary

GXO Swan Valley in Northampton is seeking a Stock and Systems Administrator to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis. You will maintain stock data in the WMS, resolve discrepancies and support Goods-In and Picking activities.

The role offers a 37.5-hour week with AM/PM fixed shifts, a salary of £26,500 per year, and a range of benefits including pension, dental insurance and access to GXO University.

Qualifications

• Experience in stock control, inventory or warehouse administration.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills to resolve discrepancies.
• Proficient IT skills, especially Excel and handling large data sets.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate stock records and system integrity by updating and managing data within the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies, ensuring physical stock matches system records and maintaining high levels of inventory accuracy.
• Support warehouse operations by scheduling inbound deliveries, monitoring stock movements and assisting Goods-In and Picking activities.
• Produce regular reports and analyse warehouse data to identify trends, improve stock accuracy and support operational performance.
