Job summary

GXO Logistics in Stafford is recruiting a Stock & Systems Administrator to manage stock control and data updates in our warehouse. You will monitor discrepancies, coordinate inter-site transfers between depots, and ensure accurate system records while handling new and de-listed products in a safety-conscious environment.

The role operates on a rotating 06:00-14:00 and 14:00-22:00 shift pattern with a salary up to £28,255.50 per annum plus benefits, including a company pension and holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience with stock control and stock discrepancy investigations.
• Ability to update systems and record stock movements accurately.
• Experience coordinating inter-site transfers between depots.
• Familiarity with health and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and investigate discrepancies between physical and system stock levels.
• Coordinate inter-site transfers between DC3 and TD1/DC4/DC5.
• Control handling of new and de-listed products.
• Update systems with data from stock investigations.
• Comply with quality, Health and Safety procedures and maintain a safe working environment.
