Job description

We are looking for permanent Warehouse Operatives to join us on our night shift working either 18.00pm to 06:00am or 18.30pm - 06:30am. These are full time 12-hour positions working 38.5 hours per week and will work across the two-week rota pattern below. We pay a 25% night shift premium for all hours worked between 10pm and 6am. Please note that we operate to a random Drug & Alcohol Policy at Castle Donington. The assessment process for these roles will consist of us reviewing key performance data including productivity, attendance and how you display the M&S behaviours.   • Work as part of a team to help all our customers receive their orders when they want them and how they want them.
  • Work with beauty, clothing and homeware products across different areas of our distribution centre.
  • Adopt a safety-first approach in everything you do.
  • Ensure you adhere to the M&S behaviours at all times.
  • Undertake regular training in our processes and safety to help you achieve your performance targets, which will help us achieve ours.
