Warehouse Operative (Returns Department - PM Shifts) - Airdrie. 37.5 hours per week on a 5/7 Rota. Working hours: 14:00 - 22:00. ArrowXL is hiring! Your role will include:

• Unloading vehicles (ensuring all goods received are as they should be)
• Taking responsibility for returns and the returns area
• Processing returned goods using HHT (scanning goods back into the warehouse)
• Separation of goods into the correct cages
• Processing damaged goods
• Processing of Returned WEE Recycling Product
• Control of the recycling station
• Taking accountability for your colleagues and your own Health and Safety
• Following all policies and processes following SSOW (safe systems of work)
• Communicating with other departments within the depot

• Experience of working within a busy warehouse operation
• Computer‑literate, as you will need to use our warehouse management systems (system‑specific training will be provided)
• Able to work under pressure and prioritise activity
• Excellent communication skills
• Self‑starter who is always looking for ways to improve the way we do things
