Warehouse Operative

We're looking for a hands‑on, reliable Warehouse Operative to fill an ongoing position for our client based 15 miles outside of Horncastle.

The Essentials
  • Monday to Friday ongoing work,
  • Shift times 07:00 till 16:00 each day
  • Pay: £12.21 per hour for the first 40 hours, then overtime of £16.28 per hour thereafter (after 40 hours in a week)
  • Payment: Weekly, every Friday
  • Employment: On a PAYE basis
Description
  • Assist with constructing products according to clear guidelines
  • Manually lift products – items are large and heavy so suitable candidates will be physically able.
  • Ensure each item meets quality standards – we need your attention to detail.
  • Help load products safely onto lorries
  • Label and arrange items to keep our warehouse running smoothly.
  • Assisting with unloading deliveries and organizing stock.
