Warehouse Operative

Location: Broadfield Distribution Park, Greater Manchester

Hourly Rate: £12.30 / hr

Hours: ad-hoc (as and when) to start of with, either 8hrs / day or 12hrs / day but could lead to a regular shift pattern for the right candidate (4on 4off 12hrs / day)

We are currently looking for Warehouse Operatives to work with a global food and consumables distribution company based in Broadfield Distribution Park.

Candidate Requirements

• Previous experience working in a warehouse environment (Picking, Packing, Returns, Goods-In, Goods-Out etc)
• Adaptable and flexible with days of work and shift times
• Willing to learn
• Experience driving a Reach FLT desirable but not essential

Description of Duties

• General warehouse duties, including manual handling
• Handballing
• Loading / unloading
• Sorting containers
• Housekeeping / hygiene duties when needed
