Salary : Up to £40,000

Summary :

An exciting opportunity to join a well-established wholesale distribution business in a night shift 10pm - 6am, Sunday night to Friday morning, hands-on leadership role.

Strong leadership experience within fast paced warehouse operations required.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring a strong safety culture and compliance with all health & safety standards.
• Manage, motivate, and develop a team to meet performance targets, KPIs, and service levels.
• Oversee stock control, vehicle loading, and warehouse housekeeping to maintain operational efficiency.
• Plan staffing levels, manage absences and holidays, and handle disciplinary and performance matters effectively.
• Drive process improvement initiatives, maintaining accurate records, SOPs, and resource utilisation.

Skills and Experience :

• Minimum 5+ years' experience in warehouse or logistics management, with proven people leadership skills.
• Strong knowledge of health & safety practices and compliance.
• Experience managing budgets and operational performance metrics.
