Warehouse Manager- £45,000-£55,000- London N11 2UD

The Role

Do you have the leadership and Audio Visual knowledge to guide an event production warehouse team and keep operations running smoothly, even on the busiest event weeks? Are you confident managing stock, planning workflows and making sure every piece of equipment is prepped to a high standard? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you.

As our Warehouse Manager, you’ll run a busy, fast-moving AV warehouse that supports events across the UK and Europe. You’ll have the freedom to improve processes, shape the day-to-day workflow and keep everything running seamlessly so our project and operations teams can deliver brilliant events.

You will oversee a small team of technicians, make sure equipment is prepped, tested and ready to go and ensure stock accuracy across a wide range of AV, lighting and audio kit.

This is a hands‑on role where your organisation skills and eye for detail will shine. Previous experience in an event warehouse and a deep understanding of Audio Visual is a must.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the daily warehouse briefing to review upcoming jobs and weekly tasks.
  • Ensure all equipment is prepped, tested and ready for delivery or collection.
  • Check delivery notes ahead of each job and raise any issues with bookings.
  • Oversee equipment returns, including testing, checks and repair assessments.
  • Maintain the stock system, including barcoding, updates and quarantining damaged kit.
  • Keep accurate stock checks through planned schedules.
  • Plan and maintain warehouse layout improvements for safety and efficiency.
  • Carry out risk assessments, fire safety checks and accident reporting.
  • Manage training for employees and freelancers, ensuring H&S compliance.
  • Support the creation of operational manuals and job prep processes.
