Warehouse Manager - Up to 45,000
Location: Bury
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm

I'm working with a long-established business in Bury that's looking for a strong Warehouse Manager to take ownership of their operation. If you're confident leading people, improving processes, and keeping a busy warehouse running smoothly, this is a great opportunity to step into a role where you can really make an impact.

What you'll be doing:

• Leading a team of up to 30 warehouse staff, making sure daily operations run efficiently and safely.
• Managing inventory and stock levels, ensuring orders are accurate and on time.
• Reviewing and improving warehouse processes to drive productivity.
• Ensuring the site remains fully compliant with H&S standards.
• Coaching, developing, and motivating your team with ongoing training.
• Working with senior management to support wider operational improvements.
