Salary : Up to £38,000

Fast paced distribution products company with a nationwide customer base, looking for a hands‑on Warehouse & Logistics Manager to lead their busy day-to-day operation.

This role is ideal for someone confident with SAP, experienced in goods-in / goods-out workflows, and ready to supervise a small, dedicated team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, support, and organise a small warehouse & logistics team
• Manage goods-in, goods-out, stock control and documentation using SAP
• Oversee inbound, delivery planning, and dispatch accuracy
• Maintain full kit logging, stock records, and reporting
• Ensure compliant storage, handling, and distribution of products
• Coordinate logistics for a UK-wide customer base
• Maintain high warehouse standards and drive continuous improvements
• Support all end-to-end logistics and warehouse operations
• Experience as a warehouse or logistics supervisor / team leader
