Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for accurately reporting Shift Status information on a 2 hourly basis.

  • Co-ordinate activities for the Shift Manager regarding Performance Reviews.
  • Assist in the development of KPI reports to the Operational Team.
  • Monitor Colleague performance in real time and report anomalies.

A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE
  • Responsible for accurately reporting Shift Status information on a 2 hourly basis.
  • To lead planning with Operations, Agency and recruitment around specific periods, e.g Peak, Easter, Christmas, Sporting Events.
  • Co-ordinate activities for the Shift Manager in terms of planning Performance Reviews, 1:1 meetings.
  • Assist in the development and provision of KPI reports to the Operational Team on a daily and weekly basis.
  • Monitor Colleague performance on a real time basis and report anomalies accordingly.
