Are you based in the Truro area? Do you have experience in the Construction Materials Industry or a Builder's Merchant? Minster, a leading building materials distributor in Northern Europe, is on the hunt for a Warehouse Assistant who's as passionate about great service as we are. We’re a friendly and collaborative team, passionate about what we do and committed to doing it well.

Hours

7:00 – 17:00 Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the loading and unloading of vehicles, using a forklift where needed.
• Maintain stock levels, carrying out regular stock counts.
• Pick items to fulfil customer orders.
• Check incoming stock deliveries and put away in the appropriate area.
• Gain knowledge of product lines and services to maximise customer interactions.
• Develop great relationships with new and existing customers (both face‑to‑face and over the phone).
• Keep the branch clean and tidy to make a great first impression on our customers.
• Make Health & Safety a priority, demonstrating how you can keep yourself and others safe at work.
• Show a flexible approach to work.
• Be a great team player, ready to support colleagues and customers when needed.
• Communicate confidently, both over the phone and face‑to‑face.
• Bring previous forklift experience; training will be provided.
