Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience, preferably with a strong surgical background.
  • At least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of best practices in patient care.
  • Experience in managing budgets and resources effectively.
  • Good working knowledge of CQC standards.

Qualifications
  • Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid NMC registration.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.

  • Previous Clinical Supervisory Experience.
  • Experience of managing rosters and staffing (desirable).
  • Flexibility and adaptability to meet the changing needs of the business.
  • A good working knowledge and compliance with CQC Standards.

Job Description: The role will be to oversee an 11‑bedded acute ward for young people aged between 13 and 18 years.

Position: Full Time – 37.5 hours / Location: The Yorkshire Clinic, Bingley.
