A leading healthcare provider in the UK is looking for a Ward Helper to support nursing staff and ensure wards are clean and ready for use. The ideal candidate will be flexible, demonstrate initiative, and assist in various tasks across the ward. This role offers a diverse and busy environment, contributing to the overall care of patients by prepping areas and aiding the nursing team effectively. As a Ward Helper your role will be busy and varied. You will support the housekeeper, matrons and nursing staff on the ward to ensure that areas are kept clean, restocked and equipment is ready for use where needed.
You will be required to demonstrate flexibility and open to supporting on the wards where necessary. You will also be required to demonstrate an ability to use your own initiative and undertake tasks where required.

Please kindly note, you will be given a 20-minute assessment on the week commencing either the 26th January 2026 or 2nd February 2026 at Kingston Hospital.
The Mandatory training for this role will be on Tuesday 10th March 2026. Please only apply if you are able to attend the above dates.
