Job summary

Moxie People are working with an organisation operating within the public sector procurement and construction environment to recruit a Client Account Manager for a six-month fixed-term contract.

This role focuses on developing trusted partnerships with existing clients across Wales, ensuring stakeholders in housing, asset management, development, construction, maintenance and improvement programmes receive proactive support and maximise procurement solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience building and managing stakeholder relationships within the social housing, property or public sector environment.
• Strong communication and influencing skills to manage client partnerships.
• Experience working in customer-focused or account management roles.

Responsibilities

Moxie People are working with an organisation operating within the public sector procurement and construction environment to recruit a Client Account Manager for a six-month fixed-term contract.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who understands the challenges facing social housing providers, local authorities, and property teams, and enjoys building long-term relationships that deliver real value.

The role is less about winning new business and more about developing trusted partnerships with existing clients, helping them maximise the benefits of established procurement solutions, and supporting them throughout the lifecycle of their property investment programmes.

The Role

As Client Account Manager, you'll be responsible for managing and developing relationships with an established portfolio of clients across Wales.

You'll work closely with stakeholders involved in housing, asset management, development, construction, maintenance and improvement programmes, ensuring they are fully utilising available procurement solutions and receiving a consistently high level of support.
