LHC Procurement Group (WPA) is seeking a motivated Client Support Manager to strengthen relationships with partners and stakeholders across Wales. The role involves guiding clients through procurement processes, ensuring projects run smoothly from concept to completion, and supporting regional marketing activities.

The position is primarily field-based with regular visits to the WPA Office, offering an opportunity to impact social value and community initiatives while traveling across the region.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in client-focused account management, sales, or business development.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of public sector procurement or construction industry.

Responsabilités

• Act as the primary contact for regional clients, building long-term relationships.
• Provide ongoing support to clients throughout their building programmes and projects.
• Promote LHCPG procurement solutions and manage CRM-driven opportunities.
• Identify leads, convert them into sales, and support framework renewals.
