Job summary

Eden Futures is recruiting Support Worker - Waking Nights to assist adults with learning disabilities and autism in their own homes and communities. You will provide person-centred care, support daily living tasks, monitor wellbeing, and report concerns to maintain safety and comfort.

The role emphasises values, teamwork, and ongoing development opportunities, with a focus on compassionate, collaborative support during night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Support service users to lead a full and active life in line with their wishes and plans.
• Help service users stay safe, safeguard welfare, and prevent abuse.
• Provide emotional support with a person-centred approach.
• Assist with social activities, finances, medication, home tasks, personal care, and healthcare.
• Act as an informal contact for family and social workers.
• Accurately report issues related to care and wellbeing.
• Comply with Health and Safety regulations and promote welfare.
