Job summary

Eden Futures is seeking a Female Support Worker for Waking Nights to help adults with learning disabilities, autism, and mental health needs live as independently as possible. Roles include in-home and community support, with development opportunities and recognition programs.

The successful candidate will have a valid UK driving licence, and embody compassionate care, teamwork, and initiative to support service users in a person-centred way.

Qualifications

• A full UK driving licence is essential for this position.
• Caring, compassionate and motivated to help service users live independently.
• Able to work as part of a team and use initiative.
• Positive attitude to challenging days and supporting colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Support service users to live a full and active life per plans.
• Keep service users safe and safeguard their welfare.
• Provide emotional support with a person-centred approach.
• Help with social activities, finances, medication, and personal care.
• Be a point of contact for families and social workers.
• Accurately report issues to monitor health and wellbeing.
• Comply with Health and Safety regulations and protect others.
