Real Life Options is seeking a Female Waking Nights Support Worker to join our dedicated team in Edmondsley, Durham. This part-time role involves 24 hours per week with 12-hour waking night shifts, supporting adults with complex health needs and autism in shared living arrangements.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with daily living activities while promoting independence.

• Encourage active participation in community and home activities.
• Support in activities like walking, outings, arts, cinema, and baking.
