Job summary

Eden Futures is seeking Support Workers for waking nights to provide compassionate, person-centred support to adults with learning disabilities, autism, and mental health needs. You’ll work across supported living services, helping people live as independently as possible in their own homes and communities.

Roles include night shifts with training and development opportunities. We value people first and offer pathways to growth, recognition, and a £500 refer-a-friend bonus.

Qualifications

• Experience in care not required; recruitment based on values.
• Willing to work waking nights and be part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Support service users to lead a full and active life in line with their wishes and plans.
• Support individuals to stay safe and safeguard their welfare.
• Provide emotional support with a person-centred approach.
• Help with finances, medications, practical tasks at home, and personal care.
