Job summary

Eden Futures is recruiting a Female Support Worker for waking nights on a Bank basis across our Supported Living services in the UK. You will help service users aged 18+ with learning disabilities, autism, and mental health needs to live as independently as possible, in their own homes and in the community.

We value compassionate care, teamwork and a positive attitude. A full UK driving licence is essential, and there are development opportunities, recognition schemes and a £500 refer-a-friend

Qualifications

• Caring and compassionate with a genuine desire to help others.
• Ability to stay positive on challenging days and work well in a team.
• Full UK Driving Licence is essential for this role.

Responsibilities

• Support service users to lead a full and active life in line with their wishes and care plans.
• Keep users safe and report safeguarding concerns.
• Provide emotional support with a person-centred approach.
• Assist with social activities, finances, medications, and personal care.
• Be an informal contact for families and social workers.
• Accurately report issues to monitor health and wellbeing.
• Comply with Health and Safety regulations.
