Job summary

Eden Futures is recruiting Female Support Workers - Nights to join our teams across our supported living services. You’ll support adults with learning disabilities, autism and mental ill health in their homes and in the community, helping them live as independently as possible.

Roles are paid at £12.75 per hour on a 48-hour, 4-night week, with pro rata annual salary illustration. We offer development plans, training, and a £500 refer-a-friend bonus.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Urdu or Punjabi is essential.
• Caring, compassionate approach to support users.
• Ability to work nights and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Support service users to lead a full and active life according to their wishes and plans.
• Help users stay safe and safeguard their welfare.
• Provide emotional support with a person-centred approach.
• Assist with social activities, finances, medications, personal care and practical tasks.
• Be an informal point of contact for families and social workers.
• Accurately report and record health and wellbeing issues and follow safety regulations.
