Eden Futures is hiring a Female Support Worker for Waking Nights to assist adults with learning disabilities and complex needs in Supported Living settings. The role focuses on enabling independence, safety, and person-centred care in homes and community settings.

Responsibilities

• Support service users to lead a full and active life in line with their wishes and plans.
• Support individuals to stay safe and safeguard their welfare.
• Provide emotional support with a person-centred approach.
• Help with personal care, community activities, finances and medications as needed.
• Be an informal contact for families and social workers in the service users' circle of support.
• Accurately report and record issues related to care and wellbeing.
