A leading care provider in St Neots seeks a Waking Night Support Worker for maternity cover. The role involves supporting adults with autism and learning disabilities, encouraging independence, and assisting with personal care needs. Candidates should have a caring attitude and be effective communicators. This position offers competitive pay at £13.20 - £13.90 per hour and a comprehensive induction program.
We support adults who have a dual diagnosis of Autism or a mild Learning Disability, our aim is to promote independence and positive experiences. Staff support our residents to manage and learn to accept themselves as autistic individuals with their own unique set of strengths as well as any struggles they face.
