A leading residential support service in Stourbridge is seeking waking night care support workers. This role requires a patient and caring nature, and no prior experience is needed as support is provided for qualifications. You will work 40 hours per week, helping young people overnight in a residential setting. The position offers excellent benefits including 33 days of annual leave, opportunities for overtime, and a fully funded qualification in Residential Childcare. Referral bonuses also available.

Stourbridge
40 hours per week
9.00 pm - 9am - (banking 4 hours a week for an additional shift every 3 weeks or to use for any required training), over a 7 day working pattern, including weekends and Bank Holidays
As a waking night care support worker you will be expected to work in the home to support the young people overnight. You will be expected to carry out certain personal care duties.
