The Royal Motor Yacht Club is a prestigious private members-only yacht club located on the Sandbanks peninsula. We are looking for experienced Bank Waiting Staff to support our front-of-house team during services, events, and functions.

This role is ideal for hospitality professionals seeking flexible, casual work in a calm, high-quality service environment, with no public walk-in trade.

Responsibilities

• Deliver attentive, professional service to members and their guests
• Take and serve food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
• Support private functions and club events, including set-up and service
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation
• Work collaboratively with the front-of-house team to ensure smooth service
