Job summary

Public House Group is seeking experienced waiting staff to join our welcoming team across London venues. You’ll greet guests, assist with menu choices, and ensure a memorable dining experience in a fast-paced, high-spirited environment.

• Previous experience in a high-end and high-volume establishment is advantageous.
• Positive and friendly attitude with a willingness to work collaboratively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and ensure they feel welcome, assisting with menu choices and special requests.
• Know the menu and ingredients to provide recommendations and answer questions.
• Proactively check on guests during their meal to ensure satisfaction and address issues.
• Collaborate with kitchen, bar, and other team members for efficient service.

What you'll be doing as a Waiting Team Member:

• Greet guests warmly and ensure they feel welcome, offering assistance with menu choices and special requests.
• Food & drink knowledge: have a good understanding of the menu, including ingredients and preparation methods, to provide recommendations and answer customer queries.
• Proactively check on guests during their meal to ensure guest satisfaction and address any issues that may arise.
• Collaborative teamwork: work closely with kitchen staff, bartenders and other team members to ensure an efficient service.
