Job summary

Public House Group is seeking experienced waiting staff to join our busy London venues. You will greet guests warmly, help with menu choices and work closely with kitchen and bar teams to deliver an exceptional service experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and ensure they feel welcome, offering assistance with menu choices and special requests.
• Food & drink knowledge: understand the menu, ingredients and preparation methods to provide recommendations and answer queries.
• Proactively check on guests during their meal to ensure satisfaction and address any issues.
• Collaborative teamwork with kitchen staff, bartenders and other team members to ensure an efficient service.

What you'll be doing as a Waiting Team Member:
