Job summary

The Pelican, part of Public House Group, is seeking experienced waiting staff to join our welcoming team in London venues. You will greet guests, share menu knowledge, and help deliver a memorable dining experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and ensure they feel welcome, offering assistance with menu choices and special requests.
• Food & drink knowledge: have a good understanding of the menu, including ingredients and preparation methods, to provide recommendations and answer customer queries.
• Proactively check on guests during their meal to ensure guest satisfaction and address any issues that may arise.
• Collaborative teamwork: work closely with kitchen staff, bartenders and other team members to ensure an efficient service.
