Job summary

Public House Group is seeking a passionate Bartender to join our lively London venues. You will prepare and serve a wide range of drinks, deliver outstanding guest service and help keep the bar area clean and well-stocked.

You\'ll work with a friendly team, follow health and safety guidelines, handle cash and card payments, and assist with opening and closing procedures. Previous bartending is a plus, but we provide training.

Qualifications

• Prior bartending experience is a plus, but we’ll train enthusiastic individuals.
• Passion for craft cocktails, beer and spirits.
• Positive and friendly attitude with a collaborative mindset.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a wide variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and style.
• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring every guest feels valued and welcome.
• Maintain a clean and organised bar area, ensuring all equipment and supplies are well-stocked.
• Engage with customers, recommend drinks, and provide suggestions based on preferences.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including responsible alcohol service.
• Handle cash and card transactions efficiently and accurately.
• Support the team with opening and closing procedures.
• Collaborative teamwork: communicate effectively with front of house team to ensure a smooth dining experience for all guests.
