Job summary

Public House Group is seeking enthusiastic Bartenders to join our front of house team in London venues. You’ll prepare and serve a wide variety of drinks, engage with guests, and deliver outstanding service in a fast-paced setting.

What you'll be doing as a Bartender:

• Prepare and serve a wide variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and style.
• Engage with customers, recommend drinks, and provide suggestions based on preferences.
• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring every guest feels valued and welcome.
• Support the team with opening and closing procedures.
• Handle cash and card transactions efficiently and accurately.
• Collaborative teamwork: communicate effectively with front of house team to ensure a smooth dining experience for all guests.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including responsible alcohol service.
• Maintain a clean and organised bar area, ensuring all equipment and supplies are well-stocked.

About you, our new Bartender:

• Previous bartending experience is a plus, but we'll also train enthusiastic individuals willing to learn.
• A passion for craft cocktails, beer, and spirits.
• Positive and friendly attitude, a natural conversation starter who can easily build a rapport with guests.
• Be passionate and care about the detail, love hospitality and enjoy what you do.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating a positive experience for guests.
• Advantageous if you have strong wine knowledge, or a willingness to learn.

Previous experience in a high-end and high-volume establishment is preferable but not imperative. Ideally looking for a minimum of one year's experience in a high-end, food-led business.
