About The Role :

We’re excited to be looking for an experienced Waiter to join our front line team at Arcade Tottenham Court Road (TCR)! With a buzzing atmosphere, globally inspired kitchens, and electrifying service, this is your chance to be part of one of London’s most exciting dining destinations. As a Waiter at Arcade TCR, you love delivering top‑notch guest experiences and have a knack for making every service unforgettable.

The successful candidate in this role will :

• Be in charge of opening and closing the restaurant.
• Communicate with guests in a confident and professional manner.
• Be responsible for delivering a consistent and high standard service.
• Be in your element delivering top‑tier hospitality with a positive vibe and great smile.
• Take orders, serve food and drinks, and make menu recommendations.
• Work closely with the kitchen and bar teams.
• Maintain & update cleaning schedules, records and checklists.
• Adhere to all relevant Food Safety and Health & Safety practices and procedures.
