The Vice President, Business & Solutions (APAC) leads regional growth by shaping market strategy, expanding the enterprise client base, and delivering high‑value digital‑transformation projects. The role blends business leadership, consultative solutioning, and partnership development, with a focus on SAP, cloud, and application services across the Asia‑Pacific region.
Key Responsibilities
Business Growth & Strategy
- Define and execute the regional enterprise‑client strategy for manufacturing, BFSI, retail, energy, and automotive.
- Lead new‑logo acquisition, account expansion, and multi‑million‑dollar deal pursuits.
- Align global delivery and presales teams with client transformation objectives.
- Build and nurture executive‑level relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Solutions & Advisory
- Serve as a trusted advisor on digital transformation, SAP modernization, and cloud migration.
- Shape and develop solutions for large, complex transformation programs.
- Drive innovation with SAP, AI, data analytics, cloud, and managed services portfolio.
- Partnerships & Ecosystem Development
- Strengthen alliances with SAP, Microsoft, AWS, Google Cloud, and other ISVs.
- Create joint go‑to‑market programs and co‑sell initiatives.
- Represent company at industry events, forums, and executive summits throughout APAC.
- Leadership & Team Development
- Lead and mentor a regional team of business‑development and solution consultants.
- Foster cross‑functional collaboration among sales, delivery, presales, and marketing.
- Cultivate a culture of performance, innovation, and customer excellence.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 12+ years of experience in IT consulting, enterprise solutions, or digital transformation, with regional APAC exposure.
- Proven record of winning multi‑million‑dollar enterprise deals and building strategic client relationships.
- Deep knowledge of enterprise technologies (SAP, cloud, AI, data, application services).
- Strong executive presence, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a matrixed, multicultural, high‑growth environment.
