VP of Engineering – b2c Scale up

Currently remote, offices in Central London

£100k-£110k + Bonus & Equity

We are searching for an experienced Technical leader to help scale this consumer focused start up through to international success.

With significant revenues and backed by notable industry names they’re rapidly approaching the 1m user mark and are set so continue on this growth pattern.

Searching for a new Technology leader, a VP of Engineering to report directly to the CEO. This role will be responsible for setting the technical strategy and executing this technical roadmap over the next 2-3 years.

With a strong engineering team in place of nearly 30 engineers, this role will suit an experience Head of Engineering, VP of Engineering, Engineering Manager or alike keen to progress into a CTO opportunity.

Must-haves :
  • Proven track record of managing high-performing engineering teams
  • Grow and lead a likeminded, A level engineering team, including recruiting, performance management, professional and personal development
  • Worked in fast-paced, product-centric start-up or scale-up environment,
  • Strong experience in a consumer product, b2c or App based environments
  • Must remain close to the technology, and is ideally from a hands-on engineering background
