Visa Compliance Officer

Regent College London is seeking a Visa Compliance Officer to support compliance with UKVI Student Route regulations. The role includes managing pre-enrolment checks, issuing CAS, conducting compliance interviews, and ensuring the College meets all sponsorship duties. You will act as a Level 1 User on the Sponsor Management System, maintain accurate visa records, support UKVI audits, and provide clear guidance to students and staff on immigration processes.

The post also involves right-to-study checks, monitoring visa expiry dates, assessing applications, conducting credibility interviews, and maintaining accurate data on CRM and student records systems.

Essential requirements
  • Degree or equivalent experience, knowledge of immigration or compliance processes, strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, accuracy under pressure, and confidence using Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
Desirable
  • Experience in the Higher Education sector.
