The Role (What you’ll be doing):
The position is working on an exciting new product launch within one of the most active and rapidly evolving areas in oncology. You will be responsible for securing formulary inclusion in targeted hospitals and cancer centres. You will engage with relevant hospital formulary teams, clarify and capture formulary processes, timelines and implementation plans whilst raising awareness and identifying key clinical formulary champions and secure access for the product.
The role will involve making calls over the telephone and using digital platforms to discuss with healthcare professionals within this specialist care environment.

The Person (You):
Proven experience in hospital sales, ideally within oncology, haematology, or specialty care. Success in gaining formulary inclusion and influencing payer or medicines management decisions, with a good understanding of NHS structure, access pathways, and funding flows, is preferable. Experience in pharmaceutical sales and remote selling is also valued. Traits such as tenacity, confidence, and disruptive thinking are key for our remote representatives.
