Role Responsibilities:
Working on a new product launch in oncology, you will secure formulary inclusion in hospitals and cancer centers. Your tasks include engaging with hospital formulary teams, understanding and capturing formulary processes, and raising awareness among clinical formulary champions to secure product access.
The role involves making calls and using digital platforms to discuss with healthcare professionals in this specialized environment.

Candidate Profile:
Proven experience in hospital sales, preferably in oncology, hematology, or specialty care. Success in gaining formulary inclusion and influencing decision-makers, with a good understanding of NHS structure, access pathways, and funding, is preferable. Experience in pharmaceutical sales and remote selling is desirable. Traits like tenacity, confidence, and disruptive thinking are key.
