The Role (What you’ll be doing):
The position involves working on an exciting new product launch within one of the most active and rapidly evolving areas in oncology. Responsibilities include securing formulary inclusion in targeted hospitals and cancer centres, engaging with hospital formulary teams, understanding formulary processes, and raising awareness among clinical formulary champions to secure product access.
The role requires making calls via telephone and digital platforms to healthcare professionals in this specialist care environment.

The Person (You):
Proven experience in hospital sales, ideally within oncology, haematology, or specialty care, with success in gaining formulary inclusion and influencing decision-makers. Knowledge of NHS structure, access pathways, and funding flows is preferable. Experience in pharmaceutical remote sales, tenacity, confidence, and disruptive thinking are key traits.
