The Role (What you’ll be doing):
The position involves working on an exciting new product launch within the rapidly evolving oncology sector. You will be responsible for securing formulary inclusion in targeted hospitals and cancer centres. Your tasks will include engaging with hospital formulary teams, understanding and capturing formulary processes, timelines, and implementation plans, raising awareness, identifying key clinical formulary champions, and securing access for the product.
The role requires making calls via telephone and using digital platforms to communicate with healthcare professionals in this specialist care environment.

The Person (You):
Proven experience in hospital sales, preferably within oncology, haematology, or specialty care. Success in gaining formulary inclusion and influencing payer or medicines management decisions, with a strong understanding of NHS structure, access pathways, and funding flows, is desirable. Experience in pharmaceutical sales and remote selling is preferred. Traits such as tenacity, confidence, and disruptive thinking are key for our remote representatives.
