Therapy Area: Oncology, Haematology, Multiple Myeloma.

Pre & Post Launch Hospital/ICS Activities

The Role (What you’ll be doing):

The position involves working on an exciting new product launch within a rapidly evolving area in oncology. You will be responsible for securing formulary inclusion in targeted hospitals and cancer centres. You will engage with hospital formulary teams, clarify and capture formulary processes, timelines, and implementation plans, raise awareness, identify key clinical formulary champions, and secure product access.

The role involves making calls over the telephone and using digital platforms to discuss with healthcare professionals in this specialist environment.

The Person (You):

Proven experience in hospital sales, ideally within oncology, haematology, or specialty care. Success in gaining formulary inclusion and influencing payer decisions, with a good understanding of NHS structure, access pathways, and funding, is preferable. Experience in pharmaceutical sales and remote selling is desirable. Traits such as tenacity, confidence, and disruptive thinking are key for our remote representatives.

Our remote multichannel sales team often outperforms field-based counterparts, allowing you to achieve great results from home.
