The Role (What you’ll be doing):
The position involves working on an exciting new product launch within the rapidly evolving oncology field. You will be responsible for securing formulary inclusion in targeted hospitals and cancer centres. This includes engaging with hospital formulary teams, understanding and capturing formulary processes, timelines, and implementation plans, raising awareness, and identifying key clinical formulary champions to secure product access.
The role will involve making calls over the telephone and using digital platforms to discuss with healthcare professionals in this specialist care environment.

The Person (You):
Proven experience in hospital sales, ideally within oncology, haematology, or specialty care. Success in gaining formulary inclusion and influencing payer or medicines management decisions, with a strong understanding of NHS structure, access pathways, and funding flows, is preferable. Experience in pharmaceutical sales and remote selling is desirable. Traits like tenacity, confidence, and disruptive thinking are key for our remote representatives.
