The Role (What you’ll be doing):
The position involves working on an exciting new product launch within oncology. You will be responsible for securing formulary inclusion in targeted hospitals and cancer centres, engaging with hospital formulary teams, understanding formulary processes, timelines, and securing access for the product.
The role requires making calls over the phone and using digital platforms to communicate with healthcare professionals in this specialist environment.

The Person (You):
Proven experience in hospital sales, ideally in oncology, haematology, or specialty care, with success in gaining formulary inclusion and influencing healthcare decisions. Knowledge of NHS structures and funding flows is preferable. Experience in pharmaceutical sales and remote selling is desirable. Traits like tenacity, confidence, and disruptive thinking are valued.
