Job summary

Cathcart Technology is seeking a Senior IT Support Engineer (Executive Level Support) to join our onsite team in Sutton. You will provide dedicated IT support for seven senior executives and liaise with the Executive Committee to ensure a seamless technology experience.

The role requires hands-on expertise across Windows, Microsoft 365, and meeting-room tech, with travel within the UK and abroad. You will coordinate with third-party engineers and support the wider IT team onsite.

Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on IT support in deskside or workplace technology.
• Strong knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, end-user hardware and troubleshooting.
• Experience supporting executives or senior stakeholders in a business-facing environment.
• Willingness to travel within the UK and internationally and provide occasional out-of-hours support.

Responsibilities

• Provide dedicated day-to-day IT support to seven senior executives (VIP support).
• Troubleshoot Windows, Microsoft 365, hardware, software and network issues across devices.
• Manage device builds, configuration, deployment, repairs and asset tracking.
• Support meeting rooms and conferencing tech, including Teams Rooms and Cisco systems.
• Prepare and test technology ahead of executive meetings and events.
• Take ownership of issues, coordinate third-party engineers and manage escalations.
• Support the wider onsite IT team and maintain documentation and inventory.
