The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in IT support and professional fluency in English. Occasional travel to other UK locations will be required.

• Experience working within structured IT service environments (ITIL knowledge beneficial).
• Ability to coordinate effectively between business users and central IT teams.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with local management and stakeholders.
• Professional fluency in English.

The role is based in Milton Keynes, with travel to other UK locations as required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure stable and reliable local IT operations across assigned sites
• Provide hands‑on technical support where an on‑site presence is required
• Act as the local IT On‑Site Services Consultant, representing Global IT to site management and users
• Coordinate effectively with the Service Desk, central IT teams and external service providers
• Support the implementation and adherence to IT standards, governance and security practices
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of IT services and operational processes
• Assist with incident resolution, infrastructure support and workplace services when local coordination is required

Qualifications

• Extensive experience working in IT support, infrastructure or workplace services
• Broad understanding of IT infrastructure, workplace technologies and network environments
• Experience working within structured IT service environments (ITIL knowledge beneficial)
• Ability to coordinate effectively between business users and central IT teams
