Job summary

Aristocrat Leisure in London is seeking an IT Onsite Support Engineer to lead 2nd-level onsite support, device builds, deployments and technology refreshes. You will manage service requests via in-person, email, and Zoom, and deliver concierge IT support for executives.

You’ll administer Active Directory, Intune and Azure, support Zoom meeting rooms, collaborate with vendors and internal teams, and contribute to KBs and procedures to drive faster resolutions and continual improvement.

Qualifications

• Certifications required or preferred: A+, MCITP (required), Security+, Network+ (plus), ITIL Foundation.
• 2nd-level onsite support experience with device builds, deployments and refreshes.
• Experience with Windows, Active Directory, Intune and Azure administration.
