St Monica Trust is seeking Village Porters to ensure safety for residents, staff and visitors. You will handle site access, respond to incidents, monitor CCTV, and support daily operations. The role requires good health & safety awareness, strong communication, and basic computer skills.

A full UK driving licence is essential, and the team values chatty, personable individuals who stay alert. The position offers a 42-hour week with a rotating shift pattern across early, day, and night slots.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of health & safety and fire procedures.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills are essential.
• Basic computer skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Manage entry to sites and respond to incidents or alarms.
• Carry out reassurance patrols and monitor CCTV as required.
• Communicate clearly with residents and colleagues during emergencies.
