We are recruiting experienced Bakers to join a premium bakery brand in the heart of London, renowned for its artisanal techniques, eye‑catching presentation, and consistently high quality. This kitchen blends tradition with creativity, where excellence, precision, and visual perfection come together every day.
As a Pastry Baker, your role will focus on the daily production of viennoiserie (croissants, danishes, pain au chocolat); proofing and baking; decorative finishing using glazing, piping, icing, and other techniques.
Food Hygiene Certification is an advantage but not essential. Basic spoken English and the right to work in the UK are required.
