Beaumont Veterinary Group in Oxfordshire is seeking a friendly Veterinary Receptionist to be the first point of contact for clients and their pets. You will welcome clients, manage appointments, and support the day-to-day running of our practices with a professional, warm approach.

The role suits someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, values animal welfare, and has strong communication and multitasking skills. Veterinary experience is a bonus; driving may be required for local travel.

Qualificações

• Previous experience as a Receptionist is a must.
• Experience in a veterinary setting is a bonus.

Responsabilidades

• Manage incoming calls and schedule appointments.
• Respond to queries via phone, email, and in person with professionalism.
• Greet and register new clients, ensuring a warm welcome.
• Process and manage insurance forms.
• Dispense medications as required.
• Process payments accurately and efficiently.
• Provide empathy and understanding to clients during distressing times.
• Organise patients using the in-house system efficiently.
• Liaise with veterinary practices to address patient needs.
• Make necessary calls regarding debts, belongings and refunds.
• Ensure every client feels welcomed and valued at the practice.
